OBX Lizard Land began as a crazy idea with a purpose. To share our love and appreciation for reptiles with the world with a focus on the conservation of wild populations and the responsible keeping and breeding of captive species. With the help and encouragement of family and friends, our 200 year old farm house became home to a small collection of snakes, lizards, amphibians, and arachnids. In July of 2017, we opened our doors to the public with just over 40 animals of 20 species on display. Today Lizard Land has grown to include 130 animals from 78 species and even bigger dreams for the future.
